Here is what I learned at All US Kendo Seminar 2013. To avoid a long loading time, I sacrificed its video quality for the file size. But I did not down-grade the sound quality so it should be OK. Let me know 🙂 Now Enjoy!

Return to Kendo Guide from What I learned After All US Kendo Seminar 2013
Thank you sensei, for sharing what you learned from the All US Kendo Seminar. As a beginner in kendo (I started 2 years ago), it is always a pleasure to listen and learn new aspects regarding this martial art. And, listening to you, helped me to better understand the huge importance regarding the foundation that we must have, and that during each training we must work harder to strengthen it.
Also, your explanation regarding the 3 years of training for building up the foundation of kendo, and the next 30 years to sophisticate our kendo was incredible. It inspired me to continue working harder during training and to always give my best.
Best regards from Costa Rica,
Alberto Coto
Great to hear that, Alberto!
Kendo has no end unless we stop.
As we grow as a human, our kendo will grow.
Our kendo grows, we will grow as a human.
Life and kendo are connected. So in that sense, kendo is life.
Let’s keep going!
