It’s mean, attack forward fast, but not lower your body in front opponent for not get hit in the “men”? A good position to move fast forward without crouch your self inf front the opponent?
You see people duck after striking kote. That is because they do not want to get hit on their men when they miss their kote strike on their opponent.
That is not considered good in the teachings I received from my senseis.
You move aside with your posture straight after striking kote or do. That is an ideal strike.
