What is Kokoro?: The Concept of Kokoro

The ultimate goal of kendo is said that “Kokoro de Kokoro wo Utsu’, which means “You strike your opponent’s kokoro with your kokoro”. So what does  it mean?

Usually, this is translated as mind. But unfortunately, this translation does not complete the meaning of the saying for our ultimate goal, “You strike your opponent’s kokoro with your kokoro”. Here is a lecture on Kokoro.
